The Summit Broadband technician that upgraded my service was outstanding. Earl really knew what he was doing, shared his knowledge with me, and when he left, everything was up and running without any hassles or drama! Showed up on time, polite, smart and professional…you cannot ask for more than that!
A short while ago, the Service Technician, Isaac, left our home. We had no WI-FI for a couple of days, and the problem could not be corrected remotely.
Isaac immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Then, he made sure the WI-FI was working throughout the house before he left. Aside from his technical expertise, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He is certainly a credit to your company. I hope not to have any further problems that require technical service at the house, but if I do, I hope that Isaac would be the one assigned. He was an absolute pleasure and a credit to your company.

I have been dealing with Summit Broadband for the past year both in my role with our condo/home owners association and now in using them for my HS internet and phone in my unit. I have found them to be genuinely committed to improving service and technical issues. Additionally, the service I received in switching to Summit this past week was terrific, including the person who I dealt with in setting up my account in Orlando, as well as the local technician who installed the modem etc. Both were friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.
Awesome customer service. When I had an issue they sent out techs and they fixed it. Everyone there is very friendly and understanding.
I can’t speak to the people with cable internet, but I have Summit’s new fiber optic service in my apartment and it is fantastic. Fastest internet I’ve ever had and it never goes down. You can stream 4k video without a hitch, have multiple devices stream, and play online games with no lag. Perfect complement to my 802.11 AC router. Customer support is usually pretty prompt to answer the phone. I’ve never been on hold more than 5 minutes. They did have a little trouble at one point with billing where they somehow didn’t charge my card, even though it was on autopay, but they got it sorted and didn’t charge me any late fees or anything. So, would highly recommend.
